The hardest part is finding a good box to put it in. I recommend looking for restaurant suppliers like Korin, their products are cheap and hold up well enough for everyday use. If you wanna spring for a real lacquer box go ahead, but frankly the melamine versions are just as nice and are cheaper and dishwasher safe. If you wanna make a proper rolled omelette you also need a high quality long pan but you can just cheat and cut the excess off a normal rolled omelette. You'll also need a half decent pairing knife, but if you don't at least have that you need to go back to the absolute basics.
