True that she got frustrated and salty, but those genuine reactions are also part of what Nier expected in the ending and why it gave the choice to the player to send salty messages
Her emotion stat is maxed out and she cannot hide it, if she gets sad she cries, if she gets frustrated she shows it, if she gets happy she jumps around and giggles. It's been 7 months anon, that should be plenty clear by now.
