What responsibility do fans bear in this situation? People often laugh at Gura, knowing that she has always exhibited symptoms of social anxiety and some degree of autism (which she has openly admitted). It has always been known that she struggles to take on responsibilities, and her lifestyle is not entirely healthy. Many others seize this opportunity to criticize the managers or Hololive in general (the favorite argument of those who hate Cover). However, I believe fans must admit that, in some way, they failed Gura; they couldn't sustain her attention, became toxic towards other vtubers and among themselves, transforming that once lovely fan-idol relationship into something strange and unspeakable. I am 100% certain that Chumbuds need to take some responsibility in this situation, instead of just criticizing, crying, complaining, or continuing to defend her as if she were not simply a sensitive person like anyone else.
