not sure I've seen this done before, but one of the idolEN girls is opening membership today and has a little card stamp system so that you get stamps on your membership card for each stream you sign in (with a command like !signin). Obviously would be extremely hectic in a big chat but seems pretty innovative for a small corpo chuuba.
