In that case, yeah, stocks with a good dividend are probably the way to go. I've been out of the market for a few years but I remember a couple decent stocks I had in that category were BestBuy and Nordic American Tankers. Obviously check to see if that's still true now, but hopefully that'll give you a good baseline to start doing broader research.
