It might be a combination of her mixing small amounts of Japanese into many of her sentences and the strong accent that tricks it into thinking she's mainly speaking Japanese. If she plays a game with a lot of English dialogue like Dispatch it will generate and English transcript. Here she is talking about voice training for example.
