The first issue is that a lot of them don't stand out much, or aren't memorable.
I heard Holidays 4 times in the first 2 days and couldn't remember a single note.
It's a nice song and video, but sounds like 100 other anime EDs out there.
The 2nd being oversaturation, as any time one gets a bit of traction, another MV drops and takes most of its views.
I think her most catchy song this year has been "sweet night, sweet time", with it's instantly recognizable beginning hook and funky chorus, but it got sandwiched by other more topical songs and stuck at 200k views for months.
Possible that people don't like the MV either, but that's personal preference.

That Watame's audience mostly watch for the late night chill stream vibes and to hang out and talk, don't listen to songs that much.
Her audience retention is very high and vod views aren't exceptional which means that it's a smaller and dedicated fanbase, than let's say Mori who gets lower avg viewers but way higher peaks and vod views, meaning there's a lot more people who can come back and replay the songs.
