Sure, she’s never literally said she has autism, but she *has* said that she has “pipkin”…which is a mental condition from her native homeland that happens to have all the same symptoms of autism.
That said, I actually think that her favorite collab partner in PC might have it too. It’s possible to hide your autism (the word they officially use is “masking”) by studying social cues and practicing it like you do any other skill. But I have full-blown autism with a diagnosis and everything, and Lumi reminds me so much of myself that it definitely seems plausible.
Coincidentally, I’m a fan of Lumi because of her zatsudans, I actually have never heard of nor give a shit about most of the games she plays.
