What may seem like a huge problem compared to the others may just be a setting you need to change, sometimes the difference may not even have anything to do with the browser, but the environment. Or it may be something the user does but doesn't report that actually makes all the difference. That's why I don't like the blanket "use X" because it doesn't actually solve why Y was having problems.
