I think the longer hair is nice.
The left design is more unique and nicer overall though.
1. I like the gloves having a secondary colouring in the left design
2. I think that the overall design of your right model leans a bit too much to the upper left and you need to add something to the lower right to off-put the asymmetry.
3. The coat is a bit plain. Maybe add some outlines to it or something? I have a few ideas for it but it's your design so I think you should come to your own conclusions.
4. I'm sad about the lag of thighhighs or tights. Nothing bad about the more casual design I just like cute girls so it makes me sad.
5. I feel like the coat fold area in the centre should be shifted down very slightly.
6. Maybe add a small pin or something to the inner sweater to make the design pop out a bit more/be a bit more unique?
