My best guess is the same reason Fauna/Nimi left, flying to Japan. I think she was expecting a U.S studio to be built in her first years working for cover but after knowing that all the 3D concert shit couldn’t be done other than the studio in Japan she decided to taper off of streams and eventually leave. My evidence? The main selling point about Hololive to her mom was that it was like her dreams of always being Hatsune Miku on stage and now that was her big chance, but traveling to another country back and forth everytime would eventually get tedious and tiresome unless you are absolutely obsessed with the place and want to live there.
