When you're a smaller streamer it's passable as it lets your chat know "oh hey, this person likes that streamer! We have something in common!", but when you're already fairly popular and someone just pops in going "oh hey Ina had a real tough time doing this part!", It's just super rude to the person streaming. Aside from the fact that phrasing like that shows you probably care more about the other streamer, It prompts the rest of the autists in chat to respond in kind and then completely turn the conversation over to that streamer as opposed to what's going on now.
Reine went off on this whole topic (in reference to a whole minecraft thing where zomrades were coming into her stream talking about what ollie was doing on her end) a long while back in a members stream that's now private since she hates having to talk about chat behavior since it just starts needless drama. As far as a Reine shit list goes I don't know exactly how long she keeps a grudge if any, but point is don't just assume what people find acceptable apply to others. Then again that's assuming anyone knows how to pick up basic social cues
