She surrounds herself with great talent and is an extremely hard worker, who gives back stuff to her community.
The VR world that she comissioned for example is available to the public and the artist even worked with her fans to bugfix things and add new features to the world, like a useable 3D model of her mascot
It is something that I find to be a unique quality in her community.
