I don't think its a good idea to make a vast array of emotions, it takes a lot of time and clicking, and some of them will end up unused while others overused. I think its better to make fresh ones as needed and with slight tweaks like outfits, angles and other details.
Generally my method is to find a scene that already has something similar to what I'm looking for, change the model into Kiki and then tweak it to my needs and fix clipping and lighting. I'm not very good at making poses from scratch nor facial expressions. I can challenge myself occasionally but a request that is both high volume and complexity I will have to pass on.
