In the short term, established vtubers don't have to worry about much besides a dip in numbers. It'll be a lot harder for newer vtubers to break out compared to before though. In the long term, big vtubers have to worry about their audience slowly moving on to up and comers each slowly taking a chunk of their audience with them. The problem big vtubers will have will be the exact same that regular streamers have in that, the longer they keep going the more they have to chase trends and memes just to keep holding on to the top position and unironically have to either start drama or comment about it because that's drives views.
