Any competent manufacturer has a proto floor that constantly shits out whatever the design team or clients send them to look at it. The amount of slot machines, blackjack tabletops, roulette wheels, coffee mugs, trashcans, chairs, lamps, couches, floor mats, ashtrays, posters, sweaters, t-shirts, keychains, pens, hats ect. that's rejected prototypes or pending final decision sitting in storage is massive. If it doesn't pass we'd disassemble whatever was useful and destroy the rest.
