Recently I played the Black Mesa remake and the A.I. - while retarded in its own way - is much better than the scripted attack dummies of current AAA games. Anyone remember in 2005 when F.E.A.R. was being marketed on the merit of its tactical A.I.? And had an actual A.I. to back the claims? The fuck happened to that?
