I had a ton of fun using Farigiraf in Scarlet.
1) Get Farigiraf (Normal/Psychic Pokemon with high special attack)
2) Farm Normal Tera shards so you can tera type it to Normal
3) Teach it Hyper Beam
4) Use it as your frontline 'mon when headed into challenging battles
5) Tera and blast the frontline of your opponent with hyperbeam
6) Swap to another Pokemon (avoiding the hyper beam recharge) and use it to take out the next Pokemon
7) Swap back to Farigiraf (still Terastalized) and nuke another Pokemon from full
8) Repeat 5-7 until team is wiped
You can seriously take out half of basically any Pokemon team with one Pokemon this way, and it doesn't even need to be overleveled if you do the Tera type thing to get Super STAB on Hyper Beam.
