>>53926097When I started watching Hololive only a few years ago, the "Idol" part was the joke. It was Comedians pretending to be Idols, that was the whole premise around the comedy and this was only 2-3 years ago well after EN/ID launched.
Do you remember all the "idol group like AKB 48" Memes? Because it was a joke back then and I don't understand why people forget those times. It was never an Idol project, that was the joke from the start. I'm not going to re-write history and pretend that whole era of "Comedians pretending to be Idols" didn't exist. But now they are actually just like AKB 48 and people are acting like that was the plan all along.
