[Nasa coffee news] If you're as unfamiliar with light roasts as I was, be aware that it needs to be brewed *strong*, and it barely needs any milk at all (if any.) I assume that creamer and/or sugar would ruin it, much like in that one video that fishman retweeted a while back, of the guy who thought he didn't like coffee reviewing them all. The best method I've found so far is a Bialetti Moka pot packed to the brim on a pretty fine grind setting.
