But Netorare is a doujin/manga genre where the protagonist has interest in someone or maybe he's even in a relationship with that someone and then comes some douchebag and takes him or her away from him in an humiliating way. The point is to excite the reader by making them jealous and upset.
Because there is no English word equivalent to NTR most people, especially weebs, use the word cuck interchangeably to mean both things. Your interest got taken but also to mean you get excited by that shit and this perfectly describes the cuckbeats.
