In case of audio, I sometimes just rip the sound only as MP3.
Sometimes, the file size differences between the various quality options make absolutely no sense, to the point that you could outright get a better quality vid for less storage space.
If you guys want to use the 4K Video Downloader for toob-thiefing, I always recommend using the MKV/AV9 or MP4/AV1 (not available for most vids, h264 is way worse for mp4!) for the best image quality.
