She's going out of her way to make some of the more shy people she sees talk to her and make them take a picture with her. That's not trying to be fast, she's trying to meet people. It's also very kind, I've seen it with some celebs at cons, but not all of them. People that go out of there way to make people feel welcome is very considerate. JDF used to do that.
