Moving is not a vacation, and I doubt that moving to a new place would suddenly change dates. Plus, she said it was due to "extra work stuff," which isn't the same as moving. Obviously, I doubt she would SAY that she's moving, but she might just move during a normal break and say "I'm taking a vacation," whilst secretly moving.
