I don't think kling is able to do 2D anime much, when talking about softcore porn, all the kling videos here are 3D anime, and hailuo is fine at 3d anime (every single AI video generator I have used does OK with 3d anime), but kling does better, especially at softcore porn.
Hailuo offers a 2d anime model (used in vid), but I think it's less dynamic, but it does a good job at preserving the 2d artstyle of the image.
