She thinks it's screaming and shouting. And is terribly wrong - this is what drives people away. Few people love being screamed in the ear, for most it is just annoying and headache inducing.
Her appeal is that she, in general, is very open-to-talk person, she seems to love people in general. Antipode to misantrope. She is the only streamer I know who will ever talk to randoms in Apex (her DO YOU KNOW HOLOLIVE to randoms was funny mix of cringe and cute). This is what attracts people - she feels kinda... close, with her open talk, invitation of various people on streams and cheerful attitude while most other girls feel like distant celebrities.
What am I trying to say? Ollie seriosily needs to stop her unreasonable shouting - she thinks this is her strong side, while actually it is what harms her. Let her keep that energetic attitude, her cheerful personality to everyone (even randoms in apex) - this is her appeal, not lololol loud zombie.
