It's also a bit weird that we had this exact same conversation half a year ago and she moved her PC so it had better airflow back then, but evidently it was not enough or she forgot about it and moved it back or something. I don't even recall if that made her crashing issues better to begin with. If it did, it wasn't for a long time, anyway. And if heat was the only reason she keeps crashing, her fans should be spinning like crazy (unless they are clogged with cat hair) and she would definitely have noticed that by now.
