You need to check your oshi when she really steps out, and you need to go hard, if you want her to improve.
In the case of Aletta, she got mindbroken by the backlash for the Alban yab. It might have been an over reaction for sure, but it did wonders for her.
Sadly, you need your oshi to "fear" you, the audience, to some degree to squeeze out the best content and interactions. A Vtuber who doesn't fear the audience is a vtuber who will fade out or crash out of the game.
Her correction worked better than expected thanks to her coscientious, open and agreable personality. She is now unironically mindbroken and fear any an all backlash, continues to shower the audience with love and seems to have developed a parasocial relationship with them. And if it is all an act, she still got exactly what she needed to continue to grow.
