The fact is nobody is shocked by Haachama making weird/horrific content anymore. The Coexist arc came at a time when Haato-sama was still fresh in people's minds and they really didn't know much about her actual interests.
There's not much "WTF is Haachama doing? Is she okay!!!?!!??!" anymore because the tourists no longer blink when she posts picrel.
But Haatons who love Haachama for her unique creativity have been eating good.
