This is probably going to end up sounding more spiteful than I intend, but she feels like the kind of vtuber that's made up for a TV show or something. Like, a team of writers (who aren't too out of touch) have a character who watches a vtuber and this is the fictional vtuber they come up with. She checks all the boxes and has a legally distinct design. Good enough for TV.
I want to be clear here, I'm not trying to say she has no potential or that she's actively bad in any particular way. Just that she somehow feels more like an idea of a vtuber than an actual vtuber.
