As for the real answer, the majority of the work falls on her. Going big requires either grinding big-time, or winning the algorithm jackpot. She has to treat content creation like a full-time job, and realize that the actually big streamers do. She also has to do more than just stream games; she should put out shorts and clips, network on twitter, try some unique stream ideas, etc. As for what you can do as a fan, you can make clips, commission artwork of her, and just shill her wherever. It isn't easy.
