>>93229255The management needed:
1. To actually do their fucking jobs and support the livers, instead of constantly ghosting them except when it came to denying them when they wanted to do something, ie: Selen's cover and event perm issues, and Pomu getting turned down for concerts and other events
2. Tardwrangled the morons in there so they weren't constantly stepping on rakes. There wasn't a day where someone in the branch wasn't doing or saying something fucking retarded, which over time made the whole branch look like a bunch of retards. The only ones who really dodged this and mostly stayed out of drama were Elira until she stepped on a landmine with the blackscreen, Pomu who was only really part of one significant yab (which was Finana's fault anyway), and Selen (her being a very sore loser during tournaments notwithstanding).
3. Have better talent scouts so you don't end up having turboretards like Finana, Millie, and Luca in your branch.
Luxiem wasn't inherently what was wrong with NijiEN, that's a misunderstanding by holofags and other unicorns who just don't get that Niji isn't Hololive. Nobody went to NijiEN chuubas expecting unicorn friendly content or GFE because that's just not what they're selling, and for a while they had a solid fanbase doing what they did. NijiEN's decline was more like death by a thousand cuts or a PC that's never been cleaned, a lot of small frustrations built up over time with relatively small yabs and drama, until the one-two-three punch combo of Zaion's termination, Pomu's graduation, and Selen's termination caused animosity to boil over and most fans to walk away from the branch. The time to actually save the branch longterm was shortly after Luxiem debuted, but I don't think Luxiem itself was the problem, even if (and I can't stress this enough) most of that wave were absolute fucking retards.
At this point the branch is just totally doomed, and the best thing for any manager to do is to cash out and quit now before you get rug-pulled with redundancy in a year or so.
