idk where the practice strated, but a lot of the ones I've watched tend to start their streams out like that with 1-2 hours of yap + cafe react so there's also a community component to it and the community tends to be well-behaved in only posting stuff worth seeing (or it gets mod culled before stream)
isegye probably makes it into those smaller girls' segments since they're the biggest and influential
