People on the VCR side (including Shiina herself) made abundantly clear that they “play the roles straight” in that server so a medic is expected to rush to help someone hurt instead of (for instance) drive a duckmobile or a carburger around town for the lulz.
Notice this is not a judgment of merit, only a highlight of how different both servers are. There is no commonality and that’s a big reason for which nijisisters started with
