In this standard promotional image, she's around 1080 pixels tall, and her head is around 200 pixels tall.
So one pixel is roughly about 141/1080 cm
Therefore, 7/12 heads * 200 pixels/head * 141/1080 cm/pixel ~= 15.23 cm
So Gura is about 15.2 cm (or almost exactly 6 inches) taller than her model.
That puts her at about 156 cm or 5'1.5" with a margin of error around 1-2 inches due to the angle of the pic and her 3D model not being perfectly accurate to her L2D.
But keep in mind, this is just a guess based on mikos hand placement in that one instance. It could very well be the motion trackers malfunctioning or some other technical error.
