I guess the trick for making local and NAI work together is to use Local first and NAI second, which makes sense as I wanted to use NAI for the style anyway. See

Only downside is, it's extremely time intensive afterwards as I'm manually i2iing each 1024x1024 section after upscaling and then have to clean up the seams. I might just go the extra step at some point and just draw over it. That way I can actually post it without the AI tag on pixiv.
