I went and got Sophia's voicepack and gave it a listen. Her voice makes my heart melt. Both her and Rika sound really cute in English, but Rika is easier to understand. That doesn't mean I coudn't understand Sophia, but I feel like I really didn't need to make an effort to understand Rika. To answer that one anon's question Rika is more similar to Meloco in accent. I hope both them and other JPs consider doing more English voicepacks. Here's looking at you kid.
