Guys there was a pigeon on the drive that didn't seem able to fly and we were worried about it wandering onto the busy road
Later I trapped it in our rabbit carrier thing with bread as bait, then took it to the back of the house so it wouldn't get splat
But it hopped onto the bench and was looking up at our shed like it wanted to get up
So I put my hand on the far end of the bench and patted my arm a few times while it stared
After about a minute of waiting there it hopped onto my arm and I lifted it up onto the top of the shed where it seemed to chill out
It was really cool that it trusted me to lift it up and understood what I wanted to do
