Another is how on either side of it's "head" it seems to have JP katakana characters 「オナ」with the second character flipped, which considering it's in katakana, used for foreign pronunciations and loanwords, could be romanized/translated as "owner"
Should you consider it to just be normal japanese, it also could simply be a funny way of spelling おんな、or 女, meaning woman/girl (Onna)
In this case with a female label on a male figure it could be a guide or warning about a disguise or hidden figure tailing her, hence the Teddy Shack.
