She's still down pretty bad; her stepdad is still causing problems and she develops horrible eating and sleeping habits to avoid him>Now that she has an income her mom starts stealing money from her>Constantly in and out of hospital for a while because of stomach ulcers>In November she starts streaming again to her fanbox members>Things are going well for a while. Gets her own bank account so she's in control of her money>Out of nowhere does a public stream in late December>Reconnects with her old friends Ruki and Aoi. Forms a vsinger unit with Ruki>Has another menhera attack at some point and disappears from the internet for a while. This time Ruki is able to get in touch with her and calm her down>Stepdad randomly melts down, steals Delu's computer and a bunch of her mom's jewellery and runs away for no reason>This is the last straw for Delu. She files a police report and her mom gets a divorce>Things start getting a lot better with the stepdad out of the picture. Delu is streaming regularly and working on her album. Promises merchandise and more original music for late July/early August>Merch drops in July. It's a huge success but it was done through one of those gacha sites which turned out to have really bad rates and some fans ended up losing a lot of money>Delu feels really guilty and tries to arrange consolation prizes for people who spent above a certain amount>However she's already overbooked with music production stuff to fulfil her promise>In early August has another massive menhera attack from the stress of being overbooked, dealing with the gacha mess, and the anniversary of her Hololive debut approaching>Checks herself into a mental hospital as a precaution against an hero. Ends up staying for a month>Gets kicked out because there aren't enough beds>Her mom buys her a dog and takes her on holiday, hoping it will cheer her up>It kind of works, but she ends up taking an extended break from the internet. Streams only 2 or 3 more times for the rest of 2021.>Returns in 2022.
