Setting up my tent took longer then expect but I caught this amazing photo of a tempape troop. I'm really exited to get this photo Shinapes aren't seen very often so seen him with his troop is amazing. Note these are apes not monkey notice the lack of tails, this Shinape appears to be young still as a full grown shinape can be much bigger.
It is the Shinapes job to protect the troop this is why he is sat higher then the rest.
Axeapes act as back up when two troops clash as such he must be positioned higher too.meanwhile altapes act as the eyes and ears they have incredibly strong ears and eyes if you see one it knows your there, the fact that this ones eyes are closed means it knows I'm not a threat as they will never close their eyes around a threat.
Bettelapes seem to only be entertainers for the rest of the troop it is not uncommon to see a troop gather around a bettelape as it does random things the others seem to enjoy their shows very much.
Hakkapes are the strongest climbs of the troop they use this skill to gather fruit from high up in order to feed the troop while Flayapes seem to be hunters catching fish and small mammals for the troop to eat.
now I must rest for a bit before I continue my journey to find the allusive vespbear and magni dezbear.
