It's a bad idea on multiple fronts:
1) Amogus is already dead meme, as Vedal himself mentioned
2) It's a game where many people can talk at once, and Neuro doesn't seem to handle multiple people well, not to mention that she waits for other party to finish to start responding meaning everyone will likely have to shut the fuck up to let Neuro speak
3) As you said, Neuro will probably just talk about random shit and envision herself as a goddess giving no fucks about the game
And machine learning for this kind of game seems like a retarded idea to me. Pretty sure it'll be easier and faster to just write AI by hand instead of doing god knows how many runs to teach it something and hoping it won't start running into a wall forever.
