I do think it's disappointing that she prefers to not collab with other vtubers but she's still the same Chibi (a nice girl who acts mean as a joke) and she's super consistent and streams a lot which leads to even uncharismatic streamers becoming popular. My main theory about chibi and /lig/ culture in general is that there's such an overabundance in on-topic chuubas versus the threads that have about a dozen or less that people just end up caring about and shilling the next new thing.
