Unfortunately, things cannot go back to the way they were. No matter how much we want them to. But take comfort in knowing that things are not completely changed.
The Aetheria girls are still streaming (sans Vera). If any of them were your favorite, you can still support them. Join their discords. I am in basically all of them and I can guarantee you that the level of engagement you would have received from them in the Aetheria discord is the same.
If it is the greenhouse that you miss, then this one will require a little bit more effort to replace. The regulars from there are not gone. Try and form your own discord and invite them into it. One by one. The greenhouse was built because the community wanted to cultivate the server, the friendships formed there are not lost, perhaps scattered, but not gone.
If it is Vera herself that you miss, well this one will be impossible to replace. She's gone. Off of the internet. But, again I say, take comfort in knowing that things are not completely changed. You can find a different streamer to try and form a bond with.
To all I say, we can overcome this experience if we work together. We do not have to be trapped in this moment in time.
