1) Be the one of the specialists in some niche, like Chiroru for baseball, NeruMero for genshin, GatchmanV for phasmo
2) Be one of the top Niji males or accepted into their clique
That's it, other than that and even a 3k median is out of range for all but the top 30 in that list.
