They said the same thing about HoloEN fans doing that to Hololive, and if you were a fan of Hololive before EN, literally nothing has changed for them aside from having more options.
There isn't really any chance of things ever growing faster and the old community being overwhelmed as hard as it was during 2020. All things considered, they went from about 300k being the top numbers, to 3 million. A 10x increase at the MINIMUM isn't going to happen again, because channels that have 30 million eyes on them are on a completely different level than entertainment in general.
If Hololive survived most of you coming in, there really isn't shit to worry about. The JP business autism that gets complained about here so much practically assures that it can't change that fast, anyways.
