It was a story where Anon is Lady Marine's (the feudal ruler of the domain of Hentaijima) disciple in the Way of Eroticism. In the narration she's just called the Master. Anon, who is also a feudal lord, gets invited to visit her in her domain, the island of Hentaijima. Anon gets seasick during the voyage and wakes up in the Hentaijima castle on the day of the full moon. The Master gives Anon medicine and he's immediately reinvigorated and revitalized. The Master tells Anon that she extracted the secret ingredient from a fresh young maid herself (who is shivering and red from embarrassment and on the verge of tears while this conversation takes place), it's left up to the imagination of the reader what exactly was extracted from her. There's a banquet with the vassals of both Anon and the Master and finally the highlight of the night: enjoying the full moon with the Master. Except that Anon and the Master's seats on the platform are facing away from the moon. They aren't going to be moongazing, they're going to be mankogazing. An elaborate show directed by the Master filled with the wildest degenerate shit anyone in the realm has ever seen ensues while Anon and the Master's genitals are treated by Hentaijima's greatest artists of oral techniques. Anon notices that all the girls featured are young and petite girls. Flustered Anon immediately realizes that the Master knows about his lolicon inclinations. Anon tries to reassure the Master that he finds her plump bottom and lovely melons incredibly charming despite his inclinations. The Master teases Anon with self-deprecating comments about being a fat hag and Anon is ready to commit sudoku right there but the Master tells him to relax. After the show Anon and the Master close the night by taking up that fresh young maid from earlier and making a mess of her. I didn't decide who she was going to be.
Now imagine this story but with a really sentimental and heartfelt presentation. I also tried to emulate the style of speech in East Asian historical fiction like Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
