And if you want the board, not only this board but any board to be up the standard then apply to become a mod. Then you can enforce proper discussion and gatekeeping.
Let me put it simply, there are proper places to properly discuss vtuber anonymously, dare I say to form a small well maintained and focused community. This place is not one of them so of course no one is going to bother forming a community, no one is going to bother effort posting until incentives are in place.
