I was going to propose the Jeff Klein weighting method (4 : 2 : 1), but it seems that resulted in the same number gap as the Swedish one (at least for Mika and Zeta).
Another number we can try is by just doing a sum for acquired medals, so this way Zeta needs to get at least 7 more medals, but that is way harder even than the English method.
