>>87915126I had those dormant Great Runes and didn't know what to do with them, then I discovered a tower that activated one which allowed me to equip it and thought "I do all this and get a nice stat bonus? sweet" not realizing there was still the extra step of using the Rune Arc consumable afterwords to actually get the effects.
I thought it was already a done deal there and didn't think to be sure if it was working. Oops.
